CRUMPSALL FC are the new leaders in the Football Fives Tuesday night league.

They gained top spot by way of goal difference after they drawing 1-1 with Whitefield Athletic, 0-0 with Top Scorers in Pants and beating Sunnybank FC 1-0.

Last week's leaders Storm drop to second place, beating Magnum in a 3-0 win but losing their other two games.

Whitefield Athletic are in third place after beating Magnum and Five Star FC, and drawing with leaders Crumpsall FC.

Irwell Lads picked up a point in their first game from a goaless draw with Top Scorers in Pants, going on to beat Storm 3-2, but failed to gain any points in their final game, losing 1-0 to Sunnybank FC.

Red Army, who lost all their games on the night, are bottom of the league.
