YOGA classes are being held at Lightbowne Learning Centre to help people develop relaxation techniques to stretch away their aches and pains. Beginners sessions are held each Wednesday between noon and 1pm for ?2 at the centre on Lightbowne Road, Moston. He said: "Yoga is an individual form of exercise designed to tone the muscles, improve flexibility, help correct postural imbalance and gently relax the mind and body." |
