THESPIANS at St Dunstan's Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society are staging the Agatha Christie murder mystery 'The Unexpected Guest' from Wednesday, October 17 to Saturday, October 20.

The show will take place at St Dunstan's Parish Centre on Kenyon Lane, Moston at 7.15pm when tickets will be available at the door for ?4 or ?3 for concessions.



FRIENDS of St Anne's School are holding a family Halloween party at Crumpsall Labour Club, Wilton Road on Saturday, November 3.

There will be a children's fancy dress competition at the event starting at 7.30pm when tickets will be ?3 for adults and ?1.50 for children who must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are available from school secretary Mrs Hignett.



METHODISTS are celebrating a multi-cultural One World Week at Crumpsall Methodist Church, Lansdowne Road at 2pm on Saturday, October 20.

Admission is 50p by lucky programme and visitors are being invited to attend in their national costume when they will be able to take part in a craft workshop making kites and lanterns.

Visitors are also asked to bring items of food or fruit to share
