WOULD-BE volunteers are being urged to attend a meeting to allocate tasks for this year's Crumpsall Carnival. The Carnival meeting is being held at 8pm on Monday July 2 at 19 Westbury Road when anyone interested in lending a hand is invited to attend. Helen Lambert, of the Friends of Crumpsall Park who are organising the event on Sunday, July 15, hoped for more help to share the workload. She said: " If you're free do come along. There'll be lots of jobs to dish out." |
