![]() Lance Stanbury The Conservative high flyer and former nightclub boss who now runs a children's entertainment business, led his party to victory in Welwyn Hatfield, Hertfordshire in 1999 for only the second time in 25 years. Cllr Stanbury, aged 37, a father of two young children, was first elected to his council in 1995 and believes his experience as a council leader will help him represent the needs of Blackley people.
