PUPILS at King David Junior School represented Cheetham Hill at a squash tournament at Manchester Northern Squash Club. The team of six youngsters joined teams from schools across Manchester who have been receiving coaching at six centres. During the morning session King David earned 164 points, which was just behind Manchester Northern?s 168 points but was well clear of the other teams. In the afternoon King David met Manchester northern once again in the battle for first place but lost by 39 points to 36. |
